Data You Choose to Provide
When a name, phone number, or address is placed in a search form, that query goes to the third-party results provider. Our servers do not keep their own copy. A message sent to us contains only the details you decide to provide, and we use those details to respond.
Data Logged Automatically
Ordinary hosting logs may capture an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and understand which material visitors use. Where present, cookies or similar technology support basic analytics and advertising measurement.
Reasons We Use Limited Data
The limited information described above helps operate and troubleshoot the site, count traffic, and improve pages. We neither build individual visitor profiles nor sell a visitor list.
Policies on Linked Services
County and state portals, libraries, archives, and search providers publish their own privacy terms. Once a visitor leaves this site, those terms govern any information entered there. A separate company also supplies sponsored results.
Parties That May Process Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How Data Is Safeguarded
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the site, and logs are retained only while needed for the purposes stated above. Because no visitor account is offered, the site holds no account password or account profile for a visitor.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Choices About Your Privacy
Rights to access, correct, or delete website data depend on the visitor's location. Arizona has no broad, generally applicable consumer deletion or universal opt-out law; its protections are record-specific, and breach notice is addressed by A.R.S. ยงยง 18-551 et seq. Because this site keeps little data, a request normally involves checking contact messages and available logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Arizona, Mohave County, and Lake Havasu City public records remain under their custodians' control.
Future Policy Updates
Any revision will be posted on this page. Continued use once an update is posted means the revised policy is accepted.
